报告内容简介:Radical β-fragmentation which allows spin center shift through selective expulsion of leaving group located adjacent to radical center, has been identified as a facile access towards structurally unique compounds. However, synthetic application of β-fragmentation process has been far less explored mainly due to the limited avenues for ready approach of those specific radical intermediates. This situation, however, changed to a great extent with the boom of photoredox catalysis, which provides a fertile platform for the exploration of immature radical-derived reactions. In recent years, taking advantage of the weak BDE of N?O/S?O bond and ring strain of cyclopropane, we have developed several novel transformations with β-fragmentation as the key step, opening avenues to a wide array of fluorinated structures with fluorine introduced in flexible manners. 报告人简介:冯超,南京工业大学教授。本硕就读于南京理工大学师从吕春绪教授,2012年博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学师从Teck-Peng Loh院士,2012-2016年在南洋理工大学开展博士后研究工作。2016年全职加入南京工业大学,开展独立研究工作,以发展具有潜在药用价值和生物活性骨架的构建方法为导向开展有机合成方法学研究,主要研究方向为氟化学以及可见光氧化还原催化,提出了基于氟离子亲核加成诱导的官能化策略,自由基加成诱导β-裂解策略,以及芳基正离子自由基促进远程官能化反应,发表学术论文七十余篇,承担多项国家、江苏省自然科学基金项目,多次受邀在国际、全国有机氟化学会议做邀请报告。2016年入选国家高层次人才计划青年项目,2017年入选江苏省“特聘教授”,2018年入选江苏省“双创人才”,2021年入选江苏省“杰出青年”,2018年获Thieme Chemistry Journal Award,2023年荣获第四届江苏省化学化工学会-戴安邦化学青年创新奖。 |
